Started in Region 11 (Southern Mindanao) through the leadership of RD Estigoy with the assistance of the Beam Project, the installation the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is now contained in DepEd Memorandum 275 s. 2009 signed by Education Secretary Jesli A. Lapus.
